Because we sell fresh fruit and natural items:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

  • You must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Photo or video proof of the issue is mandatory to process a refund or replacement.

If your return is approved:

  • You may receive either a full refund, store credit, or a free replacement for the affected item(s).
